  5. Bladderwrack (fucus vesiculosus) 45 mg – Thyroid stimulant, metabolism booster. 

Other ingredients include Microcrystaline Cellulose, Mannitol, hydroxpropyl Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Sugar Granulated, Titanium Dioxide, FD&C Blue #2.
