Liposan Ultra Fat Binder Slimming Pills Review
Liposan Ultra form Chitosan
Liposan Ultra is an Iceland based Fat binder with Chitosan as the main ingredient. Chiosan is derived from shells of crustaceans that live in sea, mainly from shell fish shells
How does Liposan Ultra work?
Liposan Ultra is a fat binder slimming pill that is claimed to inhibit absorption of nutritious fat by attaching to the fat calories to make them too big to be absorbed. To make it simpler, Liposan Ultra is said to make some fat calories non-absorbent that would prevent weight gain and aid weight loss slowly.
Does Liposan Ultra work? – Chitosan is not proven to bind fat significantly
Liposan Ultra doesn’t look like a promising diet pill as its main ingredient is not a proven weight loss aid.
Unmodified Chitosan is said to help prevent absorption of just 10 calories a day. If modified Chitosan has 4 times capacity, it would be able to prevent 40 calories a day.
Losing one pound requires burning approximately 3500 calories, that means using modified chitosan, it would take 90 days (3 months) to lose one pound. Does it look like a promising ingredient? Definitely not.
This makes Liposan Ultra’s weight loss claims too unrealistic. Real weight loss using Liposan Ultra looks impossible.
Liposan Ultra side effects:
- Liposan ultra is animal extract based; people allergic to shell fish and like sea food might experience the side effect.
- Chitosan is not extensively researched and is not proven as effective fat binder. With lack of clinical studies, all side effects would come to light.
Is there any side effects free herbal alternative to Liposan Ultra?
There are many fat binders on the market. Even prescription diet pill Xenical Orlistat is a fat binder. FDA approved Alli pills are also orlistat based fat binders. But due to embarrassing side effects , people are avoiding these.
Proactol is a herbal (fibrous cactus based) fat binder proven to bind 28% of fat (more than Alli pills)
Proactol’s user weight loss stories are really encouraging, some of them are even published on newspapers. Telegraph.Co.Uk has featured Proactol as “the best dieting aid for 2009”.
